What's in the library?

Theta Assist's library allows you to see any assistants you have access to, in list format.

This includes:

• Assistants you have created
• Assistants shared with you
• Assistants not set as hidden

Assistants are listed by name in alphabetical order

You can also quickly view just your assistants, or those that have been shared with you, using the tabs top right:

What you can do in the library

The library helps you manage the appearance of your home screen, and browse assistants you may not otherwise know about.

From the library, you can:

• Add or remove an assistant from your home screen - click the house icon
• Favourite or un-favourite an assistant - click the heart icon
  When an assistant is a favourite, it appears at the beginning of your home screen.
• Access an assistant - click the arrow. If you have access already, it will open up the assistant. If you don't have access, it will give you the option to request access.

How to hide an assistant from the library

You may not want your assistant to be visible in the library. You might still be testing it, or consider it private. To do this, click Edit assistant and uncheck “List in library” on the Share tab (or at the time of creation).
